Your first appointment

75 Minute Introductory Session

$150

The first 45 minutes combine a movement assessment with coached strength work. The final 30 minutes focus on assisted stretching and mobility.

You leave with a review of your movement, strength, and mobility needs, initial exercises to practice, and recommendations for next steps. Your full ongoing program is developed around your goals, schedule, and the findings from your introductory session.
