How It Works
Private coaching should be easy to begin. Here is what to expect.
Step 1: Start With a 15 Minute Call
We will talk about your goals, schedule, training history, and any relevant injuries or movement limitations. You can ask questions and get a clear sense of how I work.
From there, we will choose the right first session.
Step 2: Meet for Your First Session
We review how you move, your available range of motion, and differences in strength or control from side to side.
You leave with an explanation of what we observed, initial exercises to practice, and recommendations for moving forward.
Step 3: Build the Right Routine
Your ongoing coaching starts with a structured program built around your goals, schedule, and the findings from your introductory session.
I log your sessions in a dedicated training record, tracking exercises, weights, repetitions, and movement quality, along with range of motion and bar speed when measured. Those records guide the next progression.
For clients with weight-loss goals, general nutrition guidance can complement the training plan, with a focus on everyday habits and consistency.
Step 4: Adjust as You Go
I adjust the session to how you feel and perform that day. When you are tired, we can reduce the load or intensity while keeping the work purposeful.
You receive exercises to practice between visits and can text me with questions or updates. We revisit your progress and adjust the plan as your needs change.
A few practical questions.
Do I need to choose a service before reaching out?
No. Share your goals and questions during the intro call, and I will help you choose.
Where do sessions take place, and who brings the equipment?
Sessions take place in your home, from Greenwich to Westport, Connecticut. I bring all equipment. We will discuss your available space and any equipment you already have during the intro call. Before the first visit, we will confirm arrival details, including the entrance and any gate access.
Do I need training experience?
Your current ability and training experience guide the session. Exercises, technique, and progression are adjusted to where you are starting.
How is The 110 strength and mobility session different from a mobility session?
The 110 combines 60 minutes of strength training with 50 minutes of mobility and assisted stretching. A standalone Mobility Session is 60 minutes of focused mobility work without a full training session.
What if I have a previous injury or movement limitation?
After surgery or an injury, you need clearance from your physician or physical therapist before we begin. We work within their restrictions and the scope of fitness coaching. New or worsening pain should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional. I provide fitness and mobility coaching, not medical care or physical therapy.
Does the form book a time automatically?
No. The form requests a call. I will follow up personally within one business day to arrange a time with you.
