Your information

Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of the information Greenwich Performance uses to answer inquiries and operate the private client portal.

Effective and last updated October 5, 2026

1. Scope

This notice applies to the Greenwich Performance website, contact form, private client portal, and related account and transactional emails.

2. Information we collect

Contact inquiries. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, services of interest, goals, and availability.

Client portal. For invited clients, the portal may contain account contact information, household access relationships, session records, package information, client-visible coaching notes, homework, and PDF files.

Account and technical information. Authentication and hosting systems process sign-in and session information and may process IP address, browser, device, security-cookie, and request-log information needed to operate and protect the service. To limit contact-form abuse, a one-way fingerprint derived from the submitting IP address and email address is retained for up to 48 hours. The original IP address and email address cannot be recovered from that fingerprint alone.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange and manage sessions, operate the invite-only portal, track coaching services and package use, deliver homework, send account access, password-recovery, invitation, and appointment-reminder emails, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.

4. How information is shared

Information is shared only as needed with service providers that help operate the website and portal. These currently include Supabase for database, authentication, file storage, and server functions; Resend for transactional email; Google Analytics for public-site traffic and conversion measurement; and website hosting and content-delivery providers for site delivery and security.

Greenwich Performance does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for third-party marketing. Payment-card details are not collected or stored in this portal.

5. Contact-form delivery

Contact-form content is sent to the Greenwich Performance business inbox and is not stored as an inquiry record in the portal database. Copies may remain in the business inbox and in limited email-delivery logs maintained by the email provider.

6. Portal access and file security

The portal uses authenticated accounts and database access rules intended to limit a client to the records authorized for that client’s household. Homework files are kept in private storage and delivered through short-lived signed links. A signed link is a bearer link and can be used by anyone who has it until it expires, so it should not be forwarded.

Greenwich Performance uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to this service, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for coaching operations, account administration, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Contact-form rate-limit fingerprints expire after no more than 48 hours. Business inbox messages, portal records, and account data may be kept longer where they remain operationally necessary.

8. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or ask to close your portal account, by calling or texting 203-451-3674. Greenwich Performance may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain limited information where reasonably necessary or legally required.

9. Analytics, cookies, and browser storage

Google Analytics runs on public website pages to measure visits and actions such as contact-form submissions, intro-call requests, phone-link clicks, and Client Portal link clicks. Continuing to browse this website after seeing this notice indicates acceptance of the use of analytics cookies described here. Google Analytics may process page URLs, referral source, approximate location, browser, device, and interaction information and may use analytics cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Greenwich Performance has disabled Google signals and advertising-personalization signals. Contact-form fields and authenticated portal records are not sent to Google Analytics. Analytics is not loaded on private portal pages.

The private portal uses browser storage and essential authentication technology to keep users signed in and protect access. Hosting and security providers may also use essential cookies or similar technology to deliver and secure the service.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date at the top will be revised when a material update is published.
